Fulvio Mamone Capria

President of AERO - Association of Offshore Renewable Energies

Previously, he served as Chief of Staff to the Minister of the Environment and Energy Security, Roberto Cingolani, from 2020 to 2022, and to the Ministers of the Environment and Ecological Transition from 2018 to 2020.

Ecologist, expert in environmental and energy issues; he was the President of the Italian League for the Protection of Birds (LIPU) from 2011 to 2019, a Board Member of ISMEA (Institute of Services for the Agricultural and Food Market) from 2001 to 2009, and Special Commissioner of the Experimental Institute for Plant Nutrition (now part of CREA) from 2001 to 2005. He also served as Chief of Staff to the Undersecretary for Agricultural Policies from 2006 to 2008, and as Provincial Councillor in Naples from 2003 to 2004.

In 2000, he held the role of Special Secretary to the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio. From 1997 to 2000, he worked as a Senior Official at the Agriculture Committee of the Italian Chamber of Deputies.
