Thanks to Trenitalia's Special Events offer, valid until 30 June 2027, you can reach Rimini (including Rimini Fiera) on board Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca, Intercity and Intercity Notte trains (for direct or connecting journeys).
The Special Events offer allows you to purchase tickets with a variable discount on the full base price, from 20% to 75% on Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca trains, in Business, Premium and Standard service levels, in 1st and 2nd class, and from 20% to 75% on Intercity and Intercity Notte trains in 1st and 2nd class, in couchette and sleeping car services.
The offer is valid for travel from two days before to two days after the date of each event.
The number of seats available for the offer is limited and varies depending on the day, train and class or service level. At the time of purchase, the system always offers the most advantageous price available. The offer cannot be combined with other reductions and offers of any kind, with the exception of those available for children.
How to take advantage of the promotion
The offer is available until midnight on the third day prior to the train's departure on the Trenitalia.com website, on the Trenitalia app, at ticket offices and authorised travel agencies.
For purchases on the Trenitalia.com website and app:
- Select your outward or return journey to Rimini or Riminifiera.
- Select ‘See other offers’ and, in the drop-down menu in the “Offer” section, choose ‘Special Events’.
- Enter the code ‘IEG’ in the ‘Agreement code’ field.
- Select ‘Confirm’.
- Follow the same procedure for your return journey.
To take advantage of the Offer, you must show the downloadable credential at the time of purchase (exclusively at manned channels such as station ticket offices and Trenitalia partner travel agencies) and on board the train during ticket inspection.
