UNLOADING OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS WITH A CRANE

The unloading of equipment and materials with the CRANE is only possible in the following days:

PAVILLION WEST SIDE         From 19th to 20th February  hours 8am - 8pm
PAVILLIION EAST SIDE        The 21st February                   hours 8am - 8pm

PRE-FITTED ON PAYMENT

Pre fitted can be requested from the 23rd to 25th October 2026.
To make a request, please fill in Form L3 in the exhibitor e-commerce section.

Car access during set-up operations:
During set-up operations access to the fairground with cars will not be permitted.
Cars must park in the parking areas adjacent to the entrances.

Hand trolley service with deposit:
A free trolley delivery service with a deposit of €100.00 is available at the entrances.

Removal of samples from the stand:

• Friday 6th March 2026 | Entrance for EXHIBITORS ONLY
• 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. removal of samples by hand, entrance by vans and cars. 
• You must be in possession of a "Samples Removal Voucher".
• 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - reservation of loading slots on the edge of the hall for lorries, articulated trucks and vans.

POST DISMANTLING

Post dismantling can be requested for the day 10th March, hours 8am - 8pm.
To make a request, please fill in Form L7 in the exhibitor e-commerce section.

CHARGE WITH GRU

The charge of equipment and materials with the CRANE is only possible the day 11th March, hours 8am - 8pm

• Car access during dismantling:
• Cars will not be permitted to enter the fairgrounds during dismantling operations.
• Cars must park in the parking areas adjacent to the entrances.
• A free trolley delivery service is available at the entrances with a deposit of €100.00.

During the event, access to the fairgrounds with cars for loading/unloading goods will be permitted for a maximum of one hour and subject to a deposit of €100.00. Alternatively, and again on these days, a free trolley delivery service will be available at the entrances with a deposit of €100.00.

• For hall A and B  West entrance  from Via San Martino in Riparotta - CHECK IN AREA WEST 4
  For hall C and D  Est entrance     from Via Costantino il Grande - CHECK IN AREA EAST 4

To access the expo center during the set-up (and dismantling) period you need to:
- be up to date with the payment of your invoices
- have obtained approval of the stand design
- activate the technical profile for your standfitter
- fill in the Safety page in the LOGISITCS section
- to book unloading/loading slots
- to register your staff who will have to access the neighborhood on those days

Staff registrations must be carried out in the "LOGISTICS-STAFF REGISTRATION" section in your reserved area.

The technical profile for the standfitter, which allows him to independently access his area where he can register his staff, upload your stand design and your certifications, is activated by clicking the profiles icon present in your reserved area at the top right and than click to “Add Profiles”.

Entrance to the fairgrounds for vehicles that have to unload during the set-up/disassembly stages is subject to the slot reservation that can be made from the ‘LOGISTICS - SLOT RESERVATION’ section in the exhibitor's reserved area; after the reservation, print out the relevant pass with Qr code and present it at the check-in areas.

It is important to activate the slot reservation to the standfitter.
This can be done from the SLOT, PROXY TO THE STANDFITTER section of the exhibitor's reserved area.
