Women in the energy sector: numbers, roles and work dynamics

The energy sector is today one of the main areas of industrial and employment transformation in the country. The growth of renewable technologies and new business models is accompanied by an increasingly necessary reflection on the composition of companies, professional roles and the level of inclusion. During the event, the results of a survey conducted by ITALIA SOLARE and KEY - The Energy Transition Expo on the presence of women in the energy sector will be presented. This will be the starting point for a discussion based on data and qualified testimonies, with the aim of contributing to a more aware reading of the employment and organizational dynamics of the energy sector, without ideological approaches, but starting from concrete evidence.
