Strengthening collaboration between Italy and Japan on hydrogen technology innovations

Hydrogen Arena, pav. B4

Italy and Japan have complementary expertise and significant opportunities for collaboration in the hydrogen sector. This event aims to strengthen this partnership, building on the activities outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding signed between H2IT and JH2A. The agreement establishes a three-year strategic cooperation to accelerate the development of the hydrogen economy and support the decarbonization of key sectors. It includes the creation of an operational platform for information exchange, the promotion of joint projects, and the transfer of technological know-how. The event offers a unique opportunity to reinforce industrial and scientific ties between the two countries, fostering synergies and collaboration across the entire hydrogen value chain. The event will feature the important participation of the Embassy of Italy in Tokyo, NEDO, and leading industrial players from both countries, who will present ongoing projects and share insights on future opportunities.
