Legambiente's renewable and solidarity energy communities: focus on BeComE, the campaign in Small Municipalities carried out with Kyoto Club and AzzeroCO2

Diotallevi 1 Room South Hall

A few weeks before the last deadline set by GSE for small municipalities and those up to 50,000 inhabitants to obtain funds provided by Next Generation EU, the best practices of the BeComE project by Legambiente and Kyoto Club with AzzeroCO2 will be presented, and an overview of the total numbers of RECs in Italy will be given, which risks being still lower than expected due to too many bureaucratic obstacles.
Are RECs a lost opportunity or a seed sown that will grow anyway in the ongoing energy revolution?
