Event
The Next Generation EU has allocated 1.3 billion euros for energy efficiency in Public Residential Buildings, with the aim of improving housing quality, reducing energy consumption, and contributing to the country's ecological transition. A few months before the measure's deadline, it is essential to examine its implementation status.
The conference aims to offer a moment of discussion between institutions, sector operators, local authorities, and stakeholders in the supply chain, to analyze the criticalities encountered in project implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of the tools provided. Particular attention will be given to any corrective measures that would be necessary to accelerate fund spending, ensure the quality of interventions, and maximize environmental and social benefits, also in view of potential post-Next Generation EU refinancing.
The meeting thus represents an opportunity to take stock of the ongoing process and to outline, with the contribution of the main actors involved, the future prospects of a sector relevant to achieving national and European decarbonization and sustainability goals.
