Event
Small and medium-sized enterprises represent the backbone of the Italian productive fabric, but often struggle to adopt structured energy efficiency policies. Lack of internal technical skills, limited availability of dedicated personnel, and difficulties related to investment costs are among the main obstacles that lead to neglecting significant opportunities for economic and energy savings.
The conference aims to analyze in detail the most widespread critical issues in SMEs, particularly in small businesses, with respect to their ability to implement energy efficiency, identifying the causes of this limited attention and highlighting the consequences in terms of competitiveness and sustainability. At the same time, possible solutions will be explored, from forms of technical and training support to financial and fiscal incentives, to models of collaboration with external subjects that can support - together with trade associations - companies in the process of efficiency improvement and energy transition.
The initiative aims to foster dialogue between institutions, trade associations, industry experts and entrepreneurs, with the goal of outlining concrete and replicable tools that allow even small productive entities to seize the benefits of energy efficiency in terms of competitiveness.
