"Energy audits": obligation and incentives for companies with high electricity and gas consumption

Since 2021, energy diagnosis has become a fundamental prerequisite for accessing the incentives provided for companies with high electricity and natural gas consumption. The event constitutes a useful moment for sharing and discussion with all stakeholders involved in the incentive mechanisms. Ample space will also be given to ENEA's role in the functioning of the two mechanisms, to diagnosis as a prerequisite for access to incentive mechanisms dedicated to gas-intensive and energy-intensive companies, and to the regulatory requirements related to the implementation of interventions outlined in the diagnosis. Finally, ample space will also be given to ENEA's evaluation of energy diagnoses, highlighting critical issues encountered and providing suggestions for companies.
