GREEN JOBS & SKILLS

Where demand meets supply

With "Green Jobs & Skills", KEY positions itself as a facilitator between job supply and demand for:

  • recent graduates and final-year students from technical institutes

  • young professionals

  • workers looking to transition towards sustainability

  • companies committed to the energy transition

A digital space is offered for matchmaking, along with a dedicated day focused on skills, career guidance, and training—designed to foster synergies between young talents and companies.

Whoever you are, we have an opportunity for you

The project

Green Jobs & Skills is an initiative by IEG and KEY, coordinated by Marco Gisotti—journalist, science communicator, and scientific director of the Green Factor agency.

Part of a broader innovation-driven project that includes the involvement of young enterprises through Start-Up & Scale-Up and the Lorenzo Cagnoni Award, Green Jobs & Skills aims to be a meeting point between job demand and supply. It also serves as a valuable opportunity for guidance and career orientation.

For company

  • Are you looking to recruit for your company? Here’s what you can do:

  • Post your job opening independently on the "Job Offers – Green Jobs & Skills" board within the event app. Always mention your company name and include an email address for applications. You can also attach images and add a link to the online job posting, if available.

  •

  • Let us know you’re interested and display the "Green Jobs & Skills" logo on your profile in the digital exhibitor catalogue and on the event map, making it easier for potential candidates to reach out.

For student

Are you a university student, graduate, PhD candidate, doctoral graduate, or researcher interested in ecological transition and sustainability?

Join the Green Jobs & Skills Tour organized by ART-ER and discover the companies from Emilia-Romagna exhibiting at the fair. It’s a free, guided, and coordinated visit to the stands of the most innovative players from the region—an opportunity to meet and engage directly with them.

ART-ER | Project management in the hands of experts

As part of the GREEN JOBS & SKILLS project, ART-ER – Skills and Territories Unit will manage the Green Skills & Jobs Tour initiative.

The goal is to enhance highly specialized talent for the benefit of businesses, promote matching between skilled individuals and companies from Emilia-Romagna, support the creation of a regional community, and identify innovation needs of companies alongside the skills of students, graduates, and PhD candidates in the fields of sustainability and ecological transition.

Participants with highly specialized profiles—regardless of their geographic or academic background—will be guided by ART-ER in a curated, free tour of the Emilia-Romagna companies’ stands at the fair, where they will engage directly with some of the most innovative players in green and sustainable development.
